We add oil in this recipe as it helps to absorb the nutrients from tomatoes in the body and Extra Virgin Olive Oil has good fats. Overall it is low in calories and rich in nutrients. Instead of corn flour, carrot puree is used as a thickening agent and it adds to the taste and nutrients. Ginger paste and Garlic paste pack a lot of heat in this recipe if required you can add more of pepper. Cinnamon Powder, Nutmeg Powder and Cumin powder adds to the flavor and aroma and has health benefits too. Vinegar is used for tanginess if required you can add more of it according to your taste.
