Hemoglobin-Food which helps to increase Hamoglobin

Hemoglobin (also spelled haemoglobin and abbreviated Hb or Hgb) is the iron-containing oxygen-transport metalloprotein in the red blood cells of vertebrates. Hemoglobin transports oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body, such as to the muscles, where it releases the oxygen for cell use.

Lack of Hemoglobin causes risks such as : Decrease of hemoglobin, with or without an absolute decrease of red blood cells, leads to symptoms of anemia. Anemia has many different causes, although iron deficiency and its resultant iron deficiency anemia are the most common causes. 

Increase Hemoglobin with simple home remedies

Carrot and Honey

Carrot juice
1 tsp of Honey 

Mix both of them together. Have it regularly and increase your Hemoglobin.

Beetroot and Lemon

Beetroot juice

Lemon juice

Salt to taste

Mix both of them together. This increase your Hemoglobin.

Wheat grass : Wheat grass juice helps to increase Hemoglobin. It also detoxifies your body and lower the blood sugar amount. Great remedy for constipation. Have it in the morning on a empty stomach. 

Raisins : Have about 10 raisins everyday to increase hemoglobin. This is also great for that sweet cravings which hits in the middle of the day.

Spinach : Spinach helps to increase Hemoglobin. Add it in the Salads or make a recipe of and have this nutritious green leafy vegetables in your diet.

Dates : Dates not only increases the hemoglobin but has lot of vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for our body. Date is also a great laxative.
