MOONG BEAN SPROUTS as Snack

Moong bean is very healthy and a rich source of protein. We can have a variation of it as a sprout which makes for a healthy and delicious snack. It is one of the best snack which can be had.

Ingredients

1 Cup of Moong sprouts

¼ cup of chopped cucumber

¼ cup of chopped tomatoes

¼ cup of chopped onions

¼ cup of Cilantro leaves chopped

Just few Mint leaves chopped

Few Peanuts

Few Pomegranate fruit

½ tsp of chat masala

½ tsp Chilly powder or according to your taste

Salt to taste


Method

Mix all the above ingredients and viola you have a delicious and healthy recipe as a snack.
