The New Skinny On Cellulite

For years, you’ve heard that the only way to improve cellulite is with diet and exercise. That’s pretty frustrating advice, considering that about 90 percent of women—are walking around with unwanted dimples. But if one can't afford one has to return to home remedies for it. I wish I could tell you that these procedures will magically make all of your cellulite disappear, but that would be stretching the truth. I can say that these are your best bets for making a dent—or fewer of them—in those dimpled thighs.

Engage in exercise.

One common cause of cellulites is the lack of exercise. Therefore, by performing some not-so-strenuous activities like walking, swimming, jogging, warming up and cooling down, calisthenics, and cardio exercises, you increase the rate of lessening the existence of cellulite formation on your skin.

Watch your diet. Eliminate the fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Rather, you need more of fiber-rich and fruit products.

Get a massage.

Cellulite massage treatment is often employed with rollers to be rubbed onto the skin and some other vacuums that are motor-operated which function to suck up the skin. The massage enables the tightening and toning of the skin so the ugly area of the skin is somehow repaired. You could also use the cellulite body oil to help out in smoothing the muscle faster.

Coffee grind is effective to some extent

Make use of the coffee grind. Employ only the caffeinated coffee granules since the caffeine is the ingredient that treats cellulite. Rub them on the affected area together with a hand lotion. This is one of the best home remedy there is and after the affects are good and your skin is so soft. Drink lots of fluid, at least a 2 litres of water is required to enhance the circulation in the body.
Remember that these home remedies for cellulite when attended to properly could obviously give you the effects that you desire for. Hence, you could hit the beach during the summer confidently!

  1. I've tried all these for a few months, but none worked (although the coffe made my skin softer). I walk for 40 minutes every day home from work, drink NO caffeine/alcohol, tons of fruit and veg and other healthy foods and follow all the right rules, but I think surgery is going to be the only option (as soon as I can afford it). I was very overweight as a child (thanks mum) and suddenly went down from size 20 to size 10 when I moved out at 16 and my skin has never recovered (sob)! I apologise for moaning about plastic surgery for all that time! I totally understand why some young women get it! I'm 23 and have the body of a 45 year old!
