Fruits and Vegetables

Scientific studies have shown that people who eat a lot of fruit and vegetables may have a lower risk of getting illnesses, such as heart disease and some cancers. For this reason, health authorities recommend that you eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables every day - and it doesn't matter whether they're fresh, tinned, frozen, cooked, juiced or dried. Always remember to have fruits and vegetable in your day to day life. Its actually preferable over processed food. Now you would say get real. Yeah, well since we have been fed processed food on a daily basis it is hard, but to stay healthy in this polluted environment we should have fruits and vegetables and it has a good benefits as well like it helps us to have a regular BM. Which lets say lots of us have a embarrassing situation over. If we have a clean colon it helps to maintain weight and also we stay clear of colon cancer which is on a rise.
