Hair is something we are totally and completely devoted to. The first thing we comment when we see an acquaintances or a relative is about their hair and this is true in two situations one is when we don’t want to comment on their appearance and the second one is the genuine really good hair comment. And we always keep tab on the hair issue so to speak! Like some of the cases are like,

In one short sentence is live and breathe hair. So it is very important to keep it in style and have a healthy and shiny glow to it.
In this article I would like to discuss some of the important food which helps us to have healthy and lustrous hair. Food for hair is basically a well balanced diet overall. If you have been yo-yo dieting the first thing you will lose hair and don’t even ask me if you have managed to lose any weight with the diet in the yo-yo manner, sure you might have lost 1-4 kgs but is it worth the hair. So always ask you GP before going on any sort of diet. A healthy and balanced diet provides all the essential vitamins and minerals for healthy hair growth and natural hair loss prevention. We should have food rich in high in vitamin A, B, C, E and K.
There are few food which do more for are hair specially magnesium, selenium, sulfur, silica and zinc are important minerals required for healthy hair. The hair is comprised mostly of protein. Have food rich in protein like soy and egg. To encourage hair growth, adhere to a diet rich in protein. Vitamin E is important for healthy hair growth.
Eat avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil on a regular basis. Silica is found in the outer coverings of potatoes, green and red peppers and cucumbers. Bean sprouts are also high in silica. Eat whole foods including sprouts. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron. Include a good serving of fruits and vegetables in your diet especially oranges and Indian gooseberries (amla). Have food rich in biotin like soya beans and brown rice. Vitamin B is also very important like whole grains oats. Don’t forget the fresh fruits and vegetables are very important for your overall health.
Magnesium : Foods rich in magnesium are Broccoli, Peanuts, Soy milk, Cooked Spinach, and Tofu.
Sulfur : Foods rich in Legumes, grains, garlic and onion
Zinc : Foods rich in Yoghurt, baked potato, pea, salmon.
